Tasting: Bodegas Sumarocca are one of Cava’s leading artisan producers, all of their vineyards are certified organic and based around the centre of Cava production Sant Sardurní d’Anoia. Very elegant and refined Gran Reserva, soft rounded fleshy stone fruit, firm acidity and delicious notes of pastry and brioche.
