Tasting: Visual Phase: Pale yellow color with lemony reflections. Olfactory Phase: Medium-high intensity, complexity with fruity notes of apple and plum, white flowers reminiscent of magnolia, hints of fennel and rosemary, all enveloped in a lush note derived from lees aging, culminating in a mineral finish characteristic of Treixadura. Taste Phase: Creamy mouthfeel with volume and length. Very glyceric, highlighting aromatic herbs and white flowers in the retro-nasal, creating a delightful and harmonious tasting experience

Aging: It is first aged for 6 months on the lees and batonage; a second 6 months of reductive ageing in stainless steel before being bottled.
