Nose: complex aroma of great intensity fruity, complex, notes of stone fruits like pear and white peach and citrus and lime, hints of white flowers, sweet notes of honey and caramel.
Mouth: unctuous, fatty, fruity, very tasty with peach aftertaste, harmonious and well integrated flavors, fresh acidity, salinity and rich touch bitter end. Very good persistence.

Aging: in stainless steel tanks on its lees for 6 months with weekly reverse pumping.
