La Garnacha Salvaje de Moncayo 2019

Tasting: A light bodied wine from Raúl Acha’s Garnachas of Spain project, which sees him reinvigorate old, abandoned Garnacha vineyards through the Ebro River valley from Rioja to Priorat. Salvaje de Moncayo is in the north of Aragón, at altitude, on the Moncayo mountain range. Light bodied, it has flavours of red berries, damsons, garrigue herbs and fine grained tannins.
