Amorro Tinto 2016

Tasting: Bodegas Vinificate are two brothers that after studying chemistry at university decided to make wine largely without the use of synthetic chemicals. They are part of the movement of reviving non fortified table wine from what is traditionally Sherry country. Crunchy, zippy bright acidity makes this wine super fresh and up front, bursting with zingy raspberry fruit and cherry undertones. Un-fined and unfiltered with minimal added sulphites.
