Cuevas de Arom Garnacha 2018

Tasting: Cuevas de Arom is a new project from the team at Bodegas Frontonio, working with cooperative growers in Ainzón, and utilising the old cement tanks underneath Cooperative Santo Cristo Ainzón to make wines in the traditional method of the area. Concentrated, balanced and fresh, aromas of fresh cherries and herbs precede a palate of bright red fruit, balsamic tinted redcurrants, fennel and spices. Complex and long with an underlying graphite note.
