Tasting: Jordi's wines are made from vineyards that have never seen any synthetic chemicals, just composted vine cuttings. His wines also contain less than half the sulphur permitted for organic wines. A light and energetic wine from Catalunya’s far south, showing red apple, pear, white flowers and lemon peel.
