Solar Gran Reserva 2014

Tasting: A family-owned winery run by sisters María and Cristina. Everything you’d expect from classic gran reserva, but in a more modern style. Rich and concentrated red berry fruit, silky smooth texture, the oak, a blend of French and American, is diligently used and doesn’t dominate the wine, showing toasted cedar, and subtle spice and vanilla. An extraordinarily long finish completes this exquisite wine.
