Supernova Blanc 2019

Tasting: Tomeu Llabrés' Ca'n Verdura project aims to reinvigorate plantings of indigenous Mallorcan varieties that have lost ground on the island to French varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. An excellent example of indigenous variety Moll, the wine shows complexity through aromatic citrus, white peach and fine fennel and herbs.
