The Flower and the Bee Treixadura 2021

Tasting: Although ‘the’ white grape of D.O. Ribeiro, it is very rare to see Treixadura as a monovarietal, it is more commonly seen in blends with the area’s other white grapes. Coto de Gomariz have farmed all of their vineyards organically and biodynamically since the early 2000’s. This wine displays prominent honeysuckle, grapefruit citrus and ripe stone fruit.
